  • Purchasing engineer
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Develop material, equipment, spare part and other suppliers to meet the demands of projects and businesses.

    2. Audit new suppliers with SQE and R&D staffs so as to guarantee qualified suppliers to be selected, assessed and used.

    3. Maintain and manage the relationship with suppliers so that they can keep on improving themselves and meet the requirements of the company for business development.

    4. Cost management. Through price comparison, cost analysis and selection of suppliers, guarantee the competitiveness of material prices.

    5. Support buyers to solve order distribution and delivery problems.

    6. Provide daily enquiry support for each business unit and business terminal.

    7. Assist the quality department to solve quality problems of suppliers and urge suppliers to formulate and execute improvement measures.

    Job requirements:

    1. Engineering degree above undergraduate.

    2. Have five or more years of semiconductor or automation industry purchasing experience.

    3. Familiar with technologies and equipments in the semiconductor industry.

    4. Have strong project purchasing and strategic purchasing experience and ability.

    5. Good at reading and writing in English.

    6. Priority will be given to those with project purchasing and negotiation experience.


  • Punching mold design engineer

    Job Responsibilities: 

    1. Design new punching molds, track schedules and prepare relevant materials;

    2. Deal with anomalies relevant to mold component quality, delivery period and mold sets;

    3. Coordinate with technicians of the mold set section so as to guarantee smooth sample presentation.

    4. Analyze and process relevant quality anomalies of the punching sample section.

    5. Assess new products and make EQ;

    6. Analyze and process new molds and improve existing molds;

    7. Prepare flow charts, material specifications, DFM, PFMEA and other documents.

    Job requirements: 

    1. Have more than 3 years of experience in designing precision punching continuous molds (Priority will be given to those having experience in drawing mold design.).

    2. Can skillfully use Auto CAD for mold design.

    3. Priority will be given to those who can skillfully use 3D software (any of Solidworks and UG).

    4. Able to use Office.

    5. Know about component processing technology and raw metal materials.

    6. With a certain English basis, be able to read ordinary English product charts and technical documents.


  • Process engineer

    Recruiting Number: 1        Academic qualification: bachelor or above.


    Job Responsibilities: 

    1. Complete program design for electronic circuits, drawing of  schematic diagram, drawing of PCB diagrams and debugging for the company’s new products [any of motor control category, human-computer interface category and power/battery category] according to the R&D requirements; coordinate with the structure engineer to complete the design and adjustment of the PCB layout.

    2. Select models and import for components in the electronic circuits of the products in his charge.

    3. Coordinate with the NPI engineer to formulate production technological requirements for PCBA of new products and make trial-production tracking; 

    4. Test and debug functional prototypes of the new products in his charge, and make EMC rectification.

    5. Establish and maintain the electronic BOM for the product hardware in his charge.

    6. Analyze problems of the products in his charge in sampling, pilot production, mass production and after sales, and formulate reasonable and practical solutions.

    7. Responsible for formulating technical documents and patent documents relevant to new product development and participating in relevant design assessment, quality assessment and program testing.

    8. Responsible for the upgrading, improvement and other maintenance of the existing old product lines.

    9. Complete temporary working tasks assigned by superior leaders.


    Job requirements: 

    1. Bachelor or above, majoring in mechanical automation, mechanical & electrical Integration or electronic engineering. Priority will be given to those having a master’s degree.

    2. Have more than 3 years of experience in electronic product hardware R&D in relevant industries [any of the electric bicycle category, instrument controller category, motor control category and battery/power category]. Priority will be given to those having experience of designing and developing brushless motor control circuits, LCD drive circuits or battery BMS circuits. Priority will be given to those having experience of using NXP, ST, TI or other series controllers.

    3. Have solid professional knowledge about analogous circuit and digital circuit, and love the design and development of electronic circuits. Be familiar with the design and development of hardware circuits for an embedded system, have the experience of designing and analyzing power integrity and signal integrity, and have the experience of EMC design and rectification. Priority will be given to those who  know how to develop embedded software; 

    4. Can skillfully use Altium designer, Protel or other EDA design tools and circuit simulation tools; can skillfully complete the design of circuit schematic diagrams and PCB 2~6 layers of boards; familiar with the design rules for PCB layout of the motor control category and power category.

    5. Have a strong ability of debugging hardware integrated circuits and can skillfully use debugging tools and instruments such as welding station, heat gun, multimeter, oscilloscope and data collector.

    6. Can skillfully use ERP, PDM and PLM systems and office software; 

    7. Have a clear mind, be responsible, be good at communication, think clearly, bear hardships and have a team spirit; 

    8. Have a strong communication and coordination ability and logical thinking ability and can withstand a certain working pressure; 

    9. Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
